Cartoon Portrait Commission

If you're searching for a wonderful present to give to your loved ones, you'll adore these cartoon portraits. Simply send me the photo you wish to cherish, and I'll design a delightful and visually appealing digital version for you to use as you desire*

How to Order

1. Choose the number of persons/pets you want. (eg You want a picture of you and your dog. You'll choose the '2 persons/pet' option.)
2. If you'd like the background to be drawn, add 'Draw Background' to your cart before checking out. If you don't add this, your background will be a solid color only.
3. You can specify the size [5x7, 8x10, etc], write text, specify the background color, or make other requests you want in the “Add Personalization” section during checkout. I may charge an additional fee depending on details and complexity.
4. Place your order.
5. You’ll receive a confirmation email with links to email me your reference photo and to the Commission Queue. There, you can track your order’s progress. I’ll send you an email with the drawing once it’s ready within 3 business days. Please keep in mind there will be extended processing times for portraits ‘3 persons/pet’ and above.

Reference Photo

You can send me your photo(s) via email at commissions@mayajnelle.com. Be sure to (1) use the email associated with your order and (2)put your full name (the one associated with the order) along with ‘reference photo’ in the subject line of the email.

It should look like this:
FirstAndLastName_Reference Photo

If you don't send your photo immediately after your order is confirmed, it will put a delay on your order’s processing time.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:

• Commissions are for personal use only.
• Do NOT remove the watermark or signature; do not copy, trace, recolor, resell, or claim as your own!
• Please credit my work when you use and post.
• I am allowed to use and post my work on my social media for portfolio purposes.
• I reserve all rights to my work.

** Usage - These digital portraits are for Personal Use Only, aka you can print them to frame and put in your house, use as a gift, use as your personal social media profile picture, etc. Check out my website's FAQ page for more info.

** This product is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is no refund after you get the first result. If you need a revision, please send me an email - at commissions@mayajnelle.com - with a detailed description of what you want. I’ll confirm the details with you before revising the picture. I want to stress the more detailed you are, the better the outcome will be. The first revision is free; any revisions afterward will incur a fee.
